Purchasing from us
To purchase any vaping device or e-liquid you must be 18 years of age, in certain countries/states there could be an higher age limit, if you are under the age limit and you continue to proceeded to purchase from our company any vaping device or e-liquid, you will be deemed to knowingly making a transaction that is a willingness to defraud our company and as such we do reserve the right to pursue any financial losses that the company may incur.

Currently, we can only ship to limited countries (please check countries on checkout of web site). By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at prices and terms as stated, and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order - Your order is deemed accepted when you receive a confirmation for despatch of goods, this is when the contract is made. Prices and Payment
All goods are priced inclusive of VAT at the Applicable Rate, unless otherwise stated. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates. Prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and will be billed in UK pounds sterling. If your credit card company operate in a different currency, your credit card company will convert payment from UK pounds sterling to your local currency at their current conversion rate.
All prices and offers are subject to change, and availability. Prices are checked regularly, however, Whilst every effort is made to eliminate errors in pricing, sometime errors do occur. If prices on web site are shown higher than actual selling price - we will make adjustments and charge the correct price to you, if prices on the web site are shown lower than actual selling price - than we will at our discretion either. a) contact you, cancel your order and refund your money, or b) contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price. - Subject to not selling below our cost price.
The purchaser is liable for any additional local state, country taxes, import duties or copyright levies, should these arise.

Credit Card Security
Once you have gone through our checkout, you will be diverted to our protected secure online payment system with our credit card processor, Your credit card information will be held in protected SSL secure servers, we will not have access to your full credit card details, and we will not release information regarding your credit card. Cooling-Off Period
By law you have the right to cancel any order within 14 working days of the day after the item is delivered to you. the right to cancel does not include certain goods or services i.e opened coils or e-liquids. You need to write to us at :

or use our contact form and inform us in advance of you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order. We will refund the orginal amount paid. All we ask is please take care of our goods, ensure all items are complete are in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. For your protection, please send items back well packaged and using a recorded delivery service. Items returned under the cooling-off period must be returned at your cost.

If you do not return the goods within 21 days of cancellation we will collect the goods from you at your cost and will deduct the cost of collection from your refund, or if requested we will arrange collection of items at your cost.

All monies paid for cancelled goods will be refunded within 30 days from date of cancellation.

Please note: It is a legal requirement that you take care of the goods and you are responsible for the carriage costs of returning goods to us unless we delivered goods to you in error, or if goods are faulty.

Over 98% of orders processed before 12pm are dispatched the same day, Subject to the following.

We aim to deliver goods to you within the time scale indicated but we cannot give an exact delivery time or date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments, but will not charge any extra delivery for this.
You will be informed by e-mail when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Should you have any problems ie * If you do not receive your goods within 7 days or you have items missing or your goods are damaged from delivery.

Please contact us immediately via the contact us page. If you do not contact us within seven working days from date of receipt, we may assume your goods have been delivered in perfect condition.

If we have not dispatched the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any monies paid by you.

If our couriers attempt to delivery your goods and no recipient was available to take delivery, they will take your goods back to the local depot and hold your package for upto 3 working days, if the package has not been successfully delivered within the time given the order will be returned back to us and classed as a failed delivery. If you order has been classed as a failed delivery, we can either re-send your order (at your cost) or a refund will be issued for the order less any delivery costs incurred by us.

All orders with free delivery will be sent either by Royal Mail second class or My Hermes 5 up to 5 day service.

Damaged or defective goods
You should inspect your goods immediately upon delivery for defects, damages or shortage. Please note images used on our web site are for illustration purposes only and may differ from actual products received. If you find any defects or damages you must inform us by write to us as soon as possible and we will arrange the return of your goods, either to us, or the manufacturer. Warranty on all items, are RTB (Return to Base) excluding items damaged in transit, (these will be replaced at no cost to you). If the goods are found to be damaged or defective prior to delivery to you, we will repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.

All products must be in their original condition, at date of receipt. Any modifications may invalidate warranties for the goods. cannot be held responsible for losses or damages arising from incorrect used of goods supplied.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this

Business customers
If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits (whether direct or indirect) business data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury. For our performance time is not of the essence. Returns are subject to a 15% Handling fee. You will not export any goods purchased from us in contravention of any International laws & by laws.

All Returns must be authorised by us. All items suspected to be damaged or faulty must be returned and tested, if no fault can be found or suspected fault replicated, then the item/s will be returned to you at your own cost (a handling charge of £25.00 may be incurred for testing

Customers that request the return of goods that have been purchased and either changed their minds or just wish to return items, can do so providing that the goods to be returned have not been opened or used in any way. There is a £5.00 handling charge for such returns and also where the company has incurred postage costs, this cost will be deducted from the cost of the goods returned.
